在日本转机时吃了几块铜锣烧,立马欲罢不能。回到公寓就开始研究怎么自己做,综合了一些方子实验了两次终于做出自己满意、小伙伴们称赞的铜锣烧!
这个方子更适合在美国的小伙伴们~~~除了原材料 只需一只量杯即可
用料
large eggs | 6 |
sugar | 1 cup |
all purpose flour | 2 cup |
baking powder | 1.5 tsp |
honey | 3 Tbsp |
milk | Tbsp |
red beans | |
vegetable oil |
铜锣烧 Dorayaki (English recipe)的做法
Cook red bean with pressure cooker, mix with rock candy to be 'sweet red bean paste'
Mix eggs, sugar and honey
Mix flour and baking powder, then mix with what we get from step 2, leave in the fridge for 15 min
Add milk and mix (the amount of milk may vary, depending on how sticky you want for flour paste. It will affect the thickness of the pancake in the next step.)
Making vegetable oil evenly covered on the pan (maybe with paper towel). It is the key step to have evenly golden brown surface for the pancake!!!
Use Med powerDepending the size you want, dip the flour paste from the middle with stationary source and let it diffuse by itself so it will form a uniform circle.
Wait for a few minutes until bubbles come up, then flip the pancake, leave it for less than a minute. Pancake is done!!!
Get two pancakes with similar size, put red bean paste in the middle. Just like making a sandwich.
