Chocolottas (crinkle cookie)的做法
Prep: take butter and egg to room temp
Cream 1/4 cup butter with 1 cup sugar.
Melt 1 bar of bakers chocolate (4oz) and add in. Add 2 tsp espresso (or 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder)
Add 1/2 tbsp vanilla extractSift in 3/4 tsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 cup flour.
Mix into a dough and put in fridge for at least 1 hour before useDivide dough into parts that’d make 1 inch ball (diameter)
Dip generously in the powder sugar bowlBake in 350 F for 13 mins, or till the cookie cracks
