用料  

Sugar 1 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Egg 1
baker bar 1 (4 oz)
Espresso 2 tsp
Alt- instant espresso powder 1/2 tsp
Vanilla 1/2 tbsp

Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 3/4 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp

Powdered sugar 1/4 cup

Chocolottas (crinkle cookie)的做法  

  1. Prep: take butter and egg to room temp

  2. Cream 1/4 cup butter with 1 cup sugar.

    Melt 1 bar of bakers chocolate (4oz) and add in. Add 2 tsp espresso (or 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder)

    Add 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

  3. Sift in 3/4 tsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 cup flour.

    Mix into a dough and put in fridge for at least 1 hour before use

  4. Divide dough into parts that’d make 1 inch ball (diameter)

    Dip generously in the powder sugar bowl

  5. Bake in 350 F for 13 mins, or till the cookie cracks
