Chinese Barbecued Spareribs 中式烧烤排骨的做法
Cut the sparerib racks into individual ribs and arrange them on a rack in a baking pan. Roast for 40 minutes at 150 ℃.
将排骨放入烤箱,在150℃下烘烤40分钟。Combine the remaining ingredient s into a sauce. Brush the sparerib lightly with the sauce. Roast for 30minutes more.
将剩余的食材全部混合,用刷子刷到排骨上,再烘烤30分钟。Turn the sparerib and brush with more sauce. Roast until the ribs are well browned, approximately 30 minutes.
翻转排骨,再刷一遍酱料,再烘烤大约30分钟,直至排骨表面呈现棕色。
