MICROWAVE ENGLISH MUFFIN的做法步骤图

用料  

面粉 some

MICROWAVE ENGLISH MUFFIN的做法  

  1. 1/2 tbs. ground flax
    3 tbs. hot water
    1/2 tbs. tapioca flour
    1 tbs. brown rice flour - or flour of choice
    1 tbs. protein powder
    1/2 tsp coconut oil
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    small pinch salt
    1 tbs. hemp hearts - optional

  2. For both versions:
    In a small bowl combine all ingredients, stir well.
    Spray a large ramekin well with coconut oil or non stick spray of choice.
    Add batter to ramekin and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
    Remove from microwave (will be hot) and turn upside down to release the muffin. Allow to cool for 1 minute before trying to cut in half.
    I prefer these toasted, so for maximum yumminess, be sure to toast before enjoying!

  3. 1/2 tbs. ground flax
    3 tbs. hot water
    1/2 tbs. tapioca flour
    2 tbs. brown rice flour
    1/2 tbs. coconut flour
    1/2 tsp coconut oil
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    small pinch salt

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons milk (or dairy free milk)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons flavorless oil (sunflower, vegetable or coconut oil)
1 tablespoon Funfetti sprinkles

In a microwavable mug whisk together the flour, sugar and baking powder.
Add in the milk, vanilla and oil and mix until just combined. Stir in the sprinkles.
Microwave for roughly 1 minute to 1 minute 10 seconds, or until firm to the touch (timing is based on my Panasonic Inverter Microwave which is 1200 Watts so your timing may vary).
